Included Data Value includes a set amount of data per month to access services on Optus Zoo or Optus iZoo, browsing the Internet from your mobile as well as using your mobile as a modem. If you exceed the included monthly data allowance, excess usage charges will apply at $0.50 per MB for the $19 Optus Cap Plan and $29 Optus Cap Plan, and $0.25 per MB for the $49 Optus Cap Plan, $59 Optus Cap Plan, and $79 Optus Cap Plan. Usage includes uploads and downloads. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024KB = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads. Any unused monthly data cannot be rolled over. (13) iPhone Cap Plan BYO Options: are only available to approved new and existing customers when they bring their own mobile phone or purchase a mobile phone from us under a mobile equipment payment plan and connect to the plan for 12 months. Customers eligible for BYO Options may choose to receive one of BYO Options. At the end of the 12 months term the selected BYO Option will expire. To continue to receive the BYO Option you will be required to recontract for a further 12 months. You may change BYO Options once per bill cycle. Changes between BYO options will be pro-rated from the date the change occurs. If you exceed any of the included values, standard rates of your plan will apply. Any unused portion of the selected BYO Option expires at the end of each bill cycle.

(14) Additional Standard National SMS/MMS (BYO Option): On the $19 iPhone Cap BYO Plan or $29 iPhone Cap BYO plan you will receive additional Standard National SMS/MMS per month to be sent and received within Australia. Offer excludes International SMS and MMS, Premium SMS and MMS, Group and Email SMS and MMS.

(15) Unlimited Standard National SMS/MMS (BYO Option): Available on the $49 iPhone Cap BYO Plan. This offer is only applicable for standard SMS and MMS sent and received within Australia. Offer excludes International SMS and MMS, Premium SMS and MMS, Group and Email SMS and MMS. Optus Mobile Fair Go TM Policy applies.

(16) Additional included call and text value (Optus2AnyOne Value) (BYO Option): you will get additional included call and text value with this option in addition to your plan’s included cap value.

(17) Additional International Value (BYO Option): you will get additional International Value per month with this option. The included International Value will give you included value that can be used for international calls and international SMS made from Australia (includes calls to national fixed or GSM mobile services that then divert/switch or re-route overseas). International ‘yes’ call rates apply.

(18) Additional Internet Value (BYO Option): you will get additional internet value per month to access the Internet from your iPhone. Internet access from a compatible handset is only available within Optus 3G coverage areas (with a 3G handset) or Optus Dual Band coverage areas (with a Dual Band handset) subject to network availability. The included data amount does not include: Voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content & Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 1300, 1900. Use of these services will be charged at the prevailing rate. (21) Timeless Plan BYO Bonus: is only available to approved new and existing customers when they bring their own mobile phone or purchase a mobile phone from us under a mobile equipment payment plan and connect to the plan for 12 months. Customers eligible for BYO Bonus will receive a $10 Monthly Credit for the $99 Timeless plan, a $15 Monthly Credit for the $115 Timeless plan, and a $20 Monthly Credit for the Timeless Plan. At the end of the 12 months term the BYO Bonus will expire. To continue to receive the BYO Bonus you will be required to recontract for a further 12 months. If you exceed any of the included values, standard rates of your plan will apply. This amount cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, rolled over or applied for another purpose, even if the service is cancelled. For the $99 Timeless plan, your monthly access fee will be $89 and the minimum total cost is $1068, for the $115 Timeless Plan, your monthly access fee will be $100 and the minimum total cost is $1200, and for the $129 Timeless plan, the monthly access fee will be $109 and the minimum total cost is $1308. If you choose to purchase a mobile phone under a mobile equipment payment plan these payments will be additional to the minimum total cost. If your access fee is pro-rated in any given month then the monthly credit will also be pro-rated.

(22) Included International Value: You will receive $40 of included International Value on the $115 Timeless Plan and $100 of included International Value on the $129 Timeless Plan. The International Value includes International Voice Calls, SMS, and MMS. The International Value excludes all other usage types including international roaming and data used while roaming. Any unused portion of the International Value expires at the end of each bill cycle. Standard rates apply for usage over the included International Value. (23) Included Mobile Internet Data Value or Unlimited BlackBerry POP3 Email and Browsing: Under the Timeless Max Plans, you can choose Included Mobile Internet Data Value or Unlimited BlackBerry POP3 Email and Browsing.
Included Mobile Internet Data Value: if this option is selected, the $99 Timeless Max plan includes 1.5GB of data, the $115 Timeless Max plan includes 3GB of data, and the $129 Timeless Max plan includes 4 GB of data. Included Mobile Internet Data Value is used to access services on Optus Zoo or Optus iZoo, browsing the Internet from your mobile, as well as using your mobile as a modem. If you exceed the Plan's included monthly data allowance, excess usage charges will be charged at $0.35 per MB or part thereof. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. Your data allowance does not include services such as Voice calls, VoiceMail, International SMS, Premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 13, 1300, 1800, 1900 numbers. Cap BYO Plans: Existing customers must demonstrate that over the three continuous months prior to applying they had an average monthly spend equal to at least the monthly access fee of the relevant Cap plan. Customers connecting to this plan must either bring their own mobile phone or purchase a mobile phone under a mobile equipment payment plan. Plans are available as 12 month plans only. Prices quoted are GST inclusive, on your Tax Invoice call charges will be calculated excluding GST. GST will be calculated on the total amount of taxable supplies during the billing period and shown as a separate entry. Optus reserves the right to change prices including call rates and monthly access fees at any time. You may change BYO Options once per bill cycle. Changes between BYO options will be pro-rated from the date the change occurs. To change between BYO Options you can call Optus Customer Service on 133 937. If you exceed any of the included values, standard rates of your plan will apply.
