PURCHASE VOUCHER IN-STORE:

1. Buy an eligible Virgin Mobile Top-Up Voucher from one of our TC Stores
2. Once you have your Voucher, call 733 and follow the prompts.
3. OR Simply enter 733 followed by your Voucher or Recharge Card number then hit the Green Button, Send or OK key on your handset to automatically recharge your account.

CREDIT CARD RECHARGE BY PHONE:

Use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners card to recharge.

1. You will need to register your Credit Card with us before you use it the 1st time, which you can do online by logging into the Members' Login section of our website.
2. Once registered, you can recharge by simply calling 733 from your Virgin Mobile service and following the prompts.

*If you're not sure that your recharge has been successful, please check your balance before submitting your Credit Card details again.

NOTE: Credit Card Transactions are blocked for all services where the account holder is Under the Age of 18.
