Monitor your Usage

You can access the last 2 to 3 months of your Service Usage and Recharge History online by logging in to the Members Login section of the Virgin Mobile website.

If you would prefer a printed statement, a report can be sent to you for any period within the last 12 months. A charge of $5.50, per month you require, applies for these printed reports.

To have a report sent out to you can get in touch with Virgin Customer Service Team on 1300 555 100. If you require this report for Tax Purposes, please be aware that you will need to have spent a minimum of $55 on at least 1 Single Call to be eligible to claim at Tax Time.
