Checking Your Virgin Pre Paid Credit
Dial 225 from your Virgin Mobile service to hear your Expiry Date and Balance, or SMS 'BAL' to 225 and within a few seconds you will receive an SMS reply with your remaining credit amount and the day it will elapse. These SMS notifications are charged at 20c per enquiry.
And... We'll let you know when your Balance is Running Low. That means if you make a call and have Less than 10 minutes of Talk-Time left, you'll hear a recorded voice telling you how many minutes you have left for that call.
