Setting Up Usage Alerts
Keep track of your usage with Optus
All Optus Pre-Paid customers can set up Usage Alerts online. Go to http://optus.com.au/myoptusaccount and register a username and password to access My Account. Once you have linked your Optus accounts to your web profile, follow the steps below to configure your Usage Alerts.
- On the My Account menu, click on My Usage
- Select Usage Alerts
- Follow the prompts to configure your Usage Alerts and then click Next
- Review your Usage Alerts and click Submit and/or if you want to change your configured alerts click 'Back' to edit
- A message will be displayed confirming that you have successfully updated your Usage Alerts
