Setting Up Usage Alerts

Keep track of your usage with Optus

All Optus Pre-Paid customers can set up Usage Alerts online. Go to http://optus.com.au/myoptusaccount and register a username and password to access My Account. Once you have linked your Optus accounts to your web profile, follow the steps below to configure your Usage Alerts.

  1. On the My Account menu, click on My Usage
  2. Select Usage Alerts
  3. Follow the prompts to configure your Usage Alerts and then click Next
  4. Review your Usage Alerts and click Submit and/or if you want to change your configured alerts click 'Back' to edit
  5. A message will be displayed confirming that you have successfully updated your Usage Alerts
