Recharging Your Optus Pre Paid
Recharging your Pre Paid is easy!
Option 1: In Person
- Step 1: Visit a TeleChoice store and purchase a recharge card or voucher for $10, $15, $30, $40, $50, $70 or $100.
- Step 2: Call 555 from your mobile.
- Step 3: Press option 2.
- Step 4: Enter the 10 digit number.
OR
- Step 1: Visit a TeleChoice store and purchase a recharge card or voucher for $10, $15, $30, $40, $50, $70 or $100.
- Step 2: Access the Recharge Pre-Paid Online page
- Step 3: Check your Pre-Paid Mobile Number, then select the Voucher option and click Next.
- Step 4: Enter the 10 digit number
Option 2: Online Using Your Credit Card (24x7)
- Step 1: Access the Recharge Pre-Paid Online page
- Step 2: Check your Pre-Paid Mobile Number, then select the Credit Card option.
- Step 3: Purchase a $30, $40, $50, $70 or $100 voucher using your credit card.
Please note: Your Optus Pre-Paid Mobile credit will recharge automatically after payment.
Option 3: By phone Using Your Credit Card (24x7)
- Step 1: Dial 444 from your mobile to recharge with the Credit Card Recharge service
- Step 2: Select option 1 to recharge
- Step 3: Select the amount you wish to recharge from the options presented.
- Step 4: Enter your credit card number to recharge.
Please note: To access this service you need to have Caller ID on your phone. Only Australian credit cards can be used.
Option 4: Via ATM (24x7)
- Step 1: Recharge your account through participating Westpac, ANZ and National Bank ATMs. To recharge, insert your ATM card and enter your PIN, choose either Other Services, Phone Vouchers, or Products/Services and select the amount to purchase.
- At the end of the transaction a receipt will be issued with a 10 digit voucher number. Use this number to recharge your service.
- Step 2: Call 555 from your mobile.
- Step 3: Press option 2.
- Step 3: Check your Pre-Paid Mobile Number, then select the Voucher option and click Next.
- Step 4: Enter the 10 digit number.
Option 5: Via PayPal
- Step 1: Access the Recharge Pre-Paid Online page
- Step 2: Click
- Step 3: In the new window enter your Pre-Paid Mobile Number.
- Step 4: Continue with the PayPal payment process.
