Checking Your Optus Pre Paid Credit
- Dial 555 (Freecall) and follow the voice instructions,
- OR If you've chosen a calling offer with free call minutes or free text messages, text 'Balance' or 'Bal' to 9999 and you'll receive a text message back with your balance,
- OR Visit Optus Zoo (you will need to register for this service on the Optus website).
*Keeping Connected
With Optus Pre-Paid Mobile, even when you have used all your call credits, you get an extra 6 months of incoming calls for free. During this time, you must recharge your service to recommence making outgoing calls.
