First of all, it depends on what it is you wish to upgrade:

YOUR HANDSET:
If you're already under contract with Optus, upgrading to a new handset (and consequently a new contract) means you may need to pay your current one out. The amount depends on how many months are left on the life of the contract, and the circumstances of which you require an upgrade. Come in and see us, we can look up your contract details, and later help you choose the best handset and plan to suit.

YOUR PLAN:
If you would like to simply increase your monthly call credit, contact your local TeleChoice store to see if you are eligible. Please note: This does not affect the duration of your existing contract
