What do I get for my franchise fee?
The franchise fee is payable to have the rights to trade from the location under your franchise agreement. This includes full setup of the business except for stock working capital and bank guarantees.
What are your ongoing costs and royalties?
On a monthly basis there are costs associated with running any business and at TeleChoice we work hard to keep these to a minimum. Rest assured we are making each dollar work hard for the TeleChoice brand.
How long would it take to recoup my investment?
Like any business, it's what you put in that determines what you get out. We recommend a forecast is done to determine the cash flow of the business, however it will depend largely upon your commitment and dedication to the business.
How does TeleChoice generate customers for me?
As part of our national advertising campaign we try to reach as much of the population as we can. With television ads and monthly catalogue drops we try our hardest to put our offers in front of potential customers. Having more than 150 locations allows customers to experience the difference at TeleChoice. In addition to this, TeleChoice also sponsors major sporting clubs to assist with increased brand awareness.
How does your pre-entry training work?
Our pre entry training comprises of a 4 week training course. Two weeks are in store involving hands on product training, followed by a week in our Melbourne Head Office learning some of the back office processes and finally a week with a key franchisee in your home state enabling a strong support base by 'buddying-up'. At TeleChoice, training is continuous throughout your involvement with the franchise
Is the TeleChoice business seasonal?
Not necessarily, however retail traffic does impact our business. Sometimes seasonality could impact on traffic within centres for example Christmas Holidays will traditionally mean increased traffic within shopping centres.
What happens if my Franchise is not profitable?
There are many reasons why a business would not be profitable. At TeleChoice we offer a strong and proven business formula that has been replicated in 150 sites throughout Australia. Our formula, combined with your enthusiasm professionalism and dedication should yield profitability.
